About us ...

RCI Construction & Design is a small family-run company that has been in business as RCI Construction for 25 years, but have have been building homes for over 33 years. Husband and wife team Harvey and Kim Chernoff bought the company from their family in 1991.

A carpenter by trade, project-managing for over 20 years, Harvey has a passion for house design, and has been designing beautiful, practical and functional homes for 30 years.

RCI's carpenters and tradespeople are each dedicated and concientious crafts people from within the local community, all proud of what they do and respectful of what they contribute to homes we build. "Together we are RCI Construction & Design."

Concept:

From design to completion, our concept is to work as a team, making your home and the building experience the best it can be. Our goal is to give our clients a positive experience in creating their home. We take pride in the quality of work from start to finish. We do our own, foundations, framing and finishing, which saves the client money as well. When costs become an obstruction, we get creative in our solutions and use "good value for the dollar" techniques and materials. Our passion is creating beautiful homes and we hope it shows.
