RCI Construction was our designer/builder of choice for our purpose-built Bed and Breakfast, Windborne B & B in Robson, BC. Harvey Chernoff was instrumental in ensuring our ideas were viable and attractive. His chosen team was amazing.

Phil, the superintendent foreman, was a master of detail from the foundation up. Even the moldings were perfectly cut around things such as outlets. The laminate floor was laid to perfection. Victor did a masterful job of all the woodwork, such as the curved wood counter edging and so much more. Everyone on the team did their utmost to do things well and with obvious pride in the results.

RCI Construction dealt with us with complete honesty in ideas and financially. They kept us on schedule despite building during a very active building market, obtaining drywall contractors when needed and within our budget and such things.

Overall I recommend RCI highly; especially if you are building your quality, dream home.
